tunesday: what a beautiful soul.

So there was this pretty wonderful guy named Zach. Zach was a lover of life, song singer, and rather optimistic even though he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at the age of 14. His beautiful soul went to live on with the Lord on Monday, and this is his story.

I've watched this video three time through and every time I bawl my eyes out. This young man was such a wonderful person and I wish that I had grown up in Minnesota, in the town that he was from so that I could've just felt the warmth and utter joy that he brought wherever he went. And oh his voice! This young man had a beautiful singing voice to go along with his incredibly loving heart. Just listen.

You can help children battling osteosarcoma by making a donation to the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund at the Children's Cancer Research Fund here OR by going to curechildhoodcancer.org and learn about CURE Childhood Cancer which is a non-profit research foundation based in Atlanta, Ga or make a donation to help cure childhood cancer on their website OR you can go to the wonderful cancer.org which is the American Cancer Society to learn about cancer and it's statistics and make a donation.
